2002.02.22 - SeaPort Link Added to Acquisition Reform Network

The Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) has added a link to SeaPort on its Acquisition Reform Network. The SeaPort link is located under the "Professional Service Contracting" heading on the "Pre Solicitation Links" page located in the "Virtual Library".
