H-14 OPTION EXERCISE

The government reserves the right to exercise the option for Items 0004 through 0009 singly or in any combination at any time prior to the expiration of the option by issuing a unilateral modification to the IDIQ contract. These modifications will be issued pursuant to the need to satisfy the minimum for the option exercise and therefore are exempt from the fair opportunity to be considered.
