SECTION G CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION DATA

CONTRACTOR CENTRAL REGISTRATION - The contractor must be registered with the Contractor Central Registration in accordance with FAR 15 in order to be eligible for award. The Contractor must maintain registration throughout the period of performance. PAYMENT will not be made to the contractor if the Contractor’s registration lapses.

PAYMENT — All commercial orders may be paid via government credit card. The Contractor agrees to accept this means of payment and invoice appropriately for this payment method. Performance-based payments or progress payments are authorized for interim payments for any task orders, where the contractor so requests and approved by the Procuring Contracting Officer.
