H-10 ROLLING ADMISSION

The Government reserves the right to review the contracts annually to determine whether it would be appropriate to reissue this solicitation for the purpose of adding additional IDIQ holders. At the end each year of performance, the government will assess the quality of performance by each IDIQ holder, the number, value and complexity of work assigned to each holder and amount of competition achieved. In addition, the government will assess the internal transaction cost for issuing each task order. Based on these criteria, if it is in the best interest of the government, the Procuring Contracting Officer may announce a new competition to add additional IDIQ holders. Since long-term business partnering is encouraged, current IDIQ holders and their team members will not be eligible to compete for these contracts.
