Approvals

Certain actions require approvals in SeaPort. For instance, submission of the procurement request (PR) requires approval within the Program Office pursuant to NAVSEA instructions, Program Office policy, and other Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Navy (DoN) guidance. SeaPort assumes that appropriate Program Office approvals have been made when a PR is forwarded to the contracts directorate.
